The Condado Plaza Hotel

"We booked the Presidential Suite (with balcony) for our Honeymoon, but was given the Junior's Suite which had absolutely AMAZING paramaniac views, but didn't have a balcony which is a must for me when traveling. The Presidential Suite had maintenance issues. We were given several drink and breakfast tickets, enough to comp the difference in the room rates. They were very apologetic, kind, and accommodating. Staff gets 10/10. Late the next day we were able to move into the Presidential Suite, which made me very happy. We basically got two amazing rooms for our Honeymoon. I have no complaints in how it was handled."

"Perfect location in the middle of old town San Juan. Converted convent with unique atmosphere. Great rooms. Very helpful stuff. Free coffee until 12pm snd wine and free wine snd cheese reception every day 5-6pm were great. Good opportunity to meet some other guests. Pool and jacuzzi quite small but that way you can get talking to other guests if you want to. Bathrooms are a little small but doesnt really matter. Great Location, wonderful staff and unique cosy and the same time spacious entrance hall and restaurants snd coffee and sitting areas on several floors are the best. Highly recommended though can be pricey."
