"They are in the process of finishing a remodel. The room didn’t have a clock, etc. I loved that the floors weren't carpeted. The receptionist was very helpful."

"Mold on ceiling in hall. Under beds had not been cleaned. Twin mattress soiled. Realtor was aware of mold issue caused by condensation and had contacted a contractor to fix problem. Made realtor aware of other issues. They were going to be taken care of by cleaning crew."
