View was good. Grounds need established walkways to get you to the beach. Corridors were gloomy. Initial checking was formal however got friendly as time went. Restaurant staff were very friendly and was very good. View from the beach was very good.

Fitzroy Motor Inn Grafton
When checking in the lady was busy on the phone and asked her husband to attend to me, unfortunately another guest (who apparently is a regular) came in and was attended to before me. I was upset by this. The room was clean but the toilet seat did not stay up whilst using it.

Booked & paid for Ensuite family cabin but was given a family cabin instead. Air conditioning didn’t work.
