Borrowdale studio apartment on the Coffs coast

This spacious studio apartment ( built March 2020 )has a large living area/kitchen which is flooded with natural light and leads out to the room’s full length balcony. It has a well appointed bedroom and beautiful adjoining bathroom . There is a large wardrobe, separate toilet and hidden laundry. It is a short 5 minutes drive from Sawtell beach and 10 minutes drive from the Coffs Harbour Stadium. Situated 3 minutes from the highway, anywhere on the Coffs coast is accessible.

Excellent property. Pleasant hosts. Everything you need is there. A beautifully designed and furnished apartment. It is listed as ‘on site’ parking. It is ‘on road’ parking outside the property. However there is no problem with finding a space.

The studio was beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay and some great extra touches to make us feel at home. The place was so clean and tidy when we arrived. It was in a perfect location for our needs, close to the sports stadium and an easy commute! The neighbourhood was quiet! The owners were easy to communicate with if needed. Would definitely recommend.

So impressed from the moment we walked in. Extremely clean and welcoming. Clearly this studio was originally set up for someone the hosts cared a lot about as the quality shows. Now they let others use this space and we are grateful they do. Very quiet area and a short drive to Sawtell Beach. The little touches make all the difference to a stay and these hosts added thoughtful touches to welcome us. Thank you for a great stay.

Just a little far from town

Wonderful place to stay, all modern amenities, exceptionally clean, but a little too far from downtown. The four kilometre distance from Sawtell is the only negative. We like to be able to park the car and walk everywhere.

Home away from home. A gorgeous property that had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and we hope it will be a regular place on our travels. A full kitchen, well sized bathroom with hot water, lots of spacious sitting areas and views of the suburb. Plenty of windows letting in light but also blockout curtains and blinds to suit your needs. Well situated away from primary Coffs hub but only a few minutes drive to anywhere in the area.

Returning guest and property was just the same. Everything we needed. Very comfortable and spacious for two people.
