Borrowdale studio apartment on the Coffs coast

This spacious studio apartment ( built March 2020 )has a large living area/kitchen which is flooded with natural light and leads out to the room’s full length balcony. It has a well appointed bedroom and beautiful adjoining bathroom . There is a large wardrobe, separate toilet and hidden laundry. It is a short 5 minutes drive from Sawtell beach and 10 minutes drive from the Coffs Harbour Stadium. Situated 3 minutes from the highway, anywhere on the Coffs coast is accessible.

So impressed from the moment we walked in. Extremely clean and welcoming. Clearly this studio was originally set up for someone the hosts cared a lot about as the quality shows. Now they let others use this space and we are grateful they do. Very quiet area and a short drive to Sawtell Beach. The little touches make all the difference to a stay and these hosts added thoughtful touches to welcome us. Thank you for a great stay.

A very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The accommodation was very comfortable in a well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean apartment with all conveniences. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We intend to stay again if we are travelling in the area.

Perfect short stay

I was on the Coffs Coast for work and this was the perfect place to stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for the half week I was there, which was a priority for me, and the whole place was clean, cosy and beautifully set up plus the location is great for getting around the Coffs Coast. Would stay again!

Warm & Cosy

Natalie and Bevan are welcoming hosts. The studio is comforting and clean with various ammenities. I’ve stayed here multiple times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Looking forward to my next stay here!
