    With large spaces for entertaining and an outlook of rolling hills of banana plantations that make Coffs Harbour so iconic you'll be sure to enjoy your stay.



    THE SPACEThis home has a cottage feel as you enter and expands into a large 4 bedroom home with hardwood floors upstairs, offering ample living space and glorious mountain views.



    The upper floor includes a living area with TV, 3 bedrooms, a study nook, a bathroom (bath tub), kitchen, dining area and a large covered deck. the kitchen features premium appliances including an electric oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave.



    You and your guests will stay cool with air conditioning in central spaces and fans throughout the home including all bedrooms.



    The downstairs offers a fourth bedroom, second bathroom (shower), laundry (washer & dryer) and a large recreation room with a TV and pool/pingpong table leading out to the backyard entertaining area equipped with a BBQ and fire pit.
