Ocean Sands 3 is the perfect location to enjoy all Sawtell has to offer... just footsteps from the Main Beach, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Boutiques Sawtell is renowned for.
The apartment features freshly updated interiors & beautiful furnishings, there’s every reason to soak up this exclusive coastal lifestyle.

The space
The 2 Bedrooms consist of Luxurious Queen size beds, Smart TV’s, Netflix and Ceiling fans. A Sofa bed in lounge area is available to sleep an additional child.

Features include WiFi, 3 Smart TV’s all with Netflix, Air Conditioning, a fully equiped Kitchen with Nespresso Coffee Machine and is open to the Dining and Living area.
There is also an External Laundry (shared) with Washing Machine and Dryer.

Extremely Convenient & Easy Stay

We enjoyed staying at this property, great location, across the road from the beach, very smooth and easy process too. The big positives were the location and very comfortable beds and pillows and the place was very clean. The only slight negative was the bathroom light was a problem (probably needed to be replaced) and the shower tap wasn't great (needs an upgrade). other than that, we loved the place and would definitively stay again.

Ocean Sands 3

Very clean and well appointed. Provided us with perfect accomodation near the Anglican Church and RSLClub. We were attending our brothers funeral. The host Belinda was most helpful. She arranged an early check in to allow us to freshen up before the funeral. After a five hour car trip that was most appreciated. Thank you.

Great location close to beach and shops. Very quiet. Bathroom light and fan connected prefer to have them separated. Light/fan in bathroom needs attention. Overall older style unit but worked for our stay nicely.
