Lovely club rooms and you don’t have to mention about Annapoorna’s food . It’s always excellent. Only gripe is accommodation for drivers. Heard it’s not good. So had to book a room for our driver at another place.

Great location with fantastic vegetarian food

Clean, quiet and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. The famous all-vegetarian Annapoorna restaurant is downstairs. The complementary buffet breakfast was also outstanding. We will definitely stay here when we visit Coimbatore next.

Unfriendly and rude Front office staff

Not receptive in the reception while checkin and we asked for additional bed for the kid on checkin they demanded additional pay, front staff were rude in their behaviour and management should make them to learn on how to behave with their customers, and they took time to provide the basic amenities in the room

Food quality of room service needs improvement. Also, it is prohibitively expensive compared to what is being served downstairs at Annapoorna restaurant though the same items are being served. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay but not for food

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. The amenities were excellent. The breakfast area is relatively small - better to go for breakfast before 8:30 AM. The Kove restaurant is good, but the main restaurant is chaotic. The elevators (lift) are very small and s-l-o-w and quite busy as they share the rooms, banquet hall, and restaurants. That can be quite annoying if you're in a hurry. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would consider staying again and recommend this for others.

The highlight of staying at IKON by Annapoorna is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and attentive to any need you might have. The doormen, especially Sathaiah, were always willing to help us find anything local that we needed. The room service was always fast and the food arrived hot. And the cleaning staff, especially Karan, made our room up fresh every time. The front desk staff made check-in easy and quick. My partner Maya and I felt that the hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. We originally planned to stay there for 3 days but ended up staying a full week. If we ever return to Coimbatore, we will definitely stay at IKON by Annapoorna again. Thank you to the entire staff that treated us like family.
