Excellent personal services by MADAN an TEAM at restaurant and the receptionist Amrith..including great welcoming smile by security guard Wilson. The breakfast was very good and the dinner buffet was great choice but a bit spicy for me ..the manager arranged for a chef special salad for me..great team at restaurant .at reception beware of the rude behavior by some of the staff ..names not known..ASK FOR AMRITH

The room smelled badly and we had to call the reception for air spray. Breakfast experience was not up to the mark with respect to taste.

No person to help with the bags . A month ago I had asked for extra bed which he staff said we can request once we check in . Upon check in they said there is no option of extra bed. Not many toileteries given . Breakfast was good.
