The welcoming indoor area is distributed into a homey living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The dining-living room features a comfortable sofa and one armchair, as well as a dining table where up to 4 people can share their meals. Right next to the entrance door, you will find a bedroom with two single beds, next to a bedroom with one double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two bedrooms are provided with one fan and one radiator each. There’s a fully equipped independent kitchen that completes the features of the indoor area.

The fenced plot where this house is located welcomes gorgeous outdoor spots to enjoy the sunshine as well as your family’s company. The nice front porch is provided with an outdoor dining area; likewise, in the backyard, you will find a lovely pergola with another dining area and a covered brick BBQ. The pool area is located in the front yard, surrounded by tall palm trees and a hedge: here, you can sunbathe in complete relaxation, as you take revel in the views of the countryside and the smooth hills around you.
