About this property
Colchester Vermont. Quiet 3 BR Lake Champlain cottage. Near bike path.
- Two weeks still available in September. Charming 3 bedroom cottage only steps away from a great L. Champlain sandy beach and the popular Causeway bike path. Kid-friendly shallow water. Lake views, shady, grassy yard and handy lakeside deck added for 2026. Two double kayaks, open kitchen/great room. AC and heat. Wifi, Smart TV, DVD player. Affectionately called the "Sand Dunes," this little community is a short walk or bike ride from the Burlington bike path, Airport Park, and the Causeway. We have 4 older bikes on site, or you can rent them locally. People are friendly, and the beach is beautiful. Two separate porches are ideal for work calls. Linens included. Please advise if you will bring your own. Sorry, no pets. Contact Mary with questions.
