"Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back."

"I cannot praise and thank Jodie our host enough. This was one of the best spur of the moment family getaways we have had. Jodie was an amazing host and made our kids so happy bringing over the beautiful baby goats! The house is beautiful with plenty of space and rooms. The view of the hills and sunset from the balcony is amazing. The donkeys Pearl and Thissle were so much fun to feed and hang out with. Couldn't recommend it any higher. "We visited in the winter; lovely cool weather. It’s obvious someone has a green thumb. I would love to the garden in full bloom. Even in winter the roses were fragrant and lovely. Stuart was a wonderful host, showing us the building, kitchen, our room with en suite. I love that shower!! Breakfast was laid out at 7 am for our leisure and even at 9 am (we had a bit of a lie in) was still warm and fresh. Centrally located for our travels, it was a wonderful stay!!"
