  • Exquisite 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 5000 sq ft home in the Sierra Foothills. Perfectly located just 45 minutes from ski resorts and 1 hour from Lake Tahoe. It is a Net Zero home with 65 solar panels and an EV charger installed for our guests' use. Spectacular sunset views over the Bear River Canyon. Relax in the 6 person hot tub and enjoy the professional sand volleyball court with night lighting (volleyball is available seasonally).
