Une bonne adresse si vous parlez italien.

Etape d'une nuit lors d'un périple en voiture en Italie. Le B&B jouit d'un emplacement fantastique,à 100 m d'une plage du Lac de Côme. La chambre était simple et petite, mais convenable pour le prix. L'accueil et le service était très avenants, mais malheureusement aucune personne du B&B ne parle d'autre langue que l'Italien. Cela a posé des problèmes car il y a eu un dysfonctionnement de la réservation, dont je ne sais pas si Hôtel.com (en fait Expedia) ou le B&B est responsable : le b&B n'avait pas reçu le paiement et m'a fait payer une deuxième foi au moment du départ. Heureusement, j'ai été rapidement remboursé par Hotels.com, mais avec la communication uniquement en italien, cela n'a pas été très facile sur place.

Buona sistemazione anche se era inverno.

Bella sistemazione sicuramente piu' orientata alla vacanza e a periodi piu' caldi. La camera era molto ampia, pulizia ottima, confortevole e un grande terrazzo vista lago. Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Proprio davanti ad un paio di ottimi ristoranti. Consigliato.
