Staff and service, deserve five stars. They are great. Our only issue was with the conditions of the structure. Keys to the door were obsolete. We had to visit the reception more than 4 times during our stay for reactivating the system. About cleanliness, on our arrival we were welcomed by a tiny cockroach. Location is very good and it is a walkable area.

The room was clean, and we enjoyed the restaurant located on the property. However, there is no elevator, and having to use the stairs at all times was very inconvenient—especially since we had luggage. Our key cards also kept deactivating, so we had to go to the front desk almost daily to have them reactivated, which was frustrating since we were in and out of our room often. While the room was clean, it was very basic and nothing particularly special. The biggest downside was the bed—it was extremely hard and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs some improvements to enhance the guest experience.

I genuinely enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. There were plenty of dining options in the plaza that the hotel is located in. There was unfortunately an earthquake one the nights we stayed, but staff was on top of everything making sure all the guests were safe and felt okay.

Hotel was right in the plaza, which is a nice place to walk around in the evening. I got the junior suite. Room was nice, but the only problem is that the neighbors next to the hotel have roosters which kept waking me up at 3 in the morning until I decided to move rooms on the other side of the hotel. Hotel is in a convenient location next to restaurants, shops and banks.

Decent for price

Room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent size. A little hot in room, AC leaking out so not working very well but ceiling fan helped. Staff was friendly.

Staff is genuinely nice. The place is very clean and nicely kept. Parking is easy. So many vendors around the area and makes it nice to walk around. There’s a little park that’s perfect for the kids. This is our second time staying here.We would do it again.

Staff was very friendly, and security at night made us feel safe. The area was very quiet and hotel room was very clean. We arrived early in the morning and the staff offered to hold our luggage until check in. At check out, they had someone double check to ensure we didn’t forget any of our items. Overall would definitely stay here again!

La Villa experience.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. My reason for giving the score is due to the condition of the room and linen. The chair had a large burn mark. Sheets had holes and the towels were old and dingy. We had a relaxing time in the pool.

No elevator! 90yr old has to climb 2 fight of stairs. had 2 weeks worth of luggage to drag up and down the stairs. Room was smaller than described. Shower floor was not cleaned. only 2 towels provided for a 6 person stay. had to request more.
