Country House 'Casa La Quinta' with Mountain Views, Heated Pool and Wi-Fi

Located in Colindres, this 92 m², two-story country house welcomes up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, workspace, TV, washing machine, and mountain views. Families will find 2 cots, 2 high chairs, toys, and children's books.



Outdoors, you’ll find a private garden, balcony, and open terrace with a private barbecue. The private heated pool is available 24 hours; please respect quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The house is near the beach and a 15-minute walk from a tennis court.



There are 6 parking spaces on the property and additional free street parking. Up to 2 pets are allowed, and an electric vehicle charging station is available. No events or smoking allowed. Beach towels are included.



The house is in a residential area, so parties and loud music are not permitted. When leaving, please close doors and windows using the security devices. Upon departure, take out the trash, leave bed linens on the beds, place towels visibly in the bathrooms, and clean used kitchen utensils. Thank you and welcome!
