"The bedroom was small but had a lovely view from the bathroom window and balcony. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. It was disappointing that the room was hot and stuffy even with air-conditioning on (temp 24.5 degrees). We opened the balcony doors which helped however let insects in. It was also disappointing for the price that parking was a few minutes walk from property. "

"The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Position was central. Breakfast was really good. Had read some reviews that werent too good but we found the place very good. Were fussy regarding cleanliness and it was good. Would definitely stay again."

"A great hotel - friendly, welcoming & very friendly staff. Very helpful & I really felt welcomed! The breakfast staff were wonderful - with special mention to Bedere - who was always happy to go the extra mile. The coffee was great, thank you! I liked that the hotel was just outside the main centre - but a very easy walk to the centre, & away from the noise, parties & drums 😋. I thought the hotel went beyond the norm to make the hotel guests feel welcome. Such friendly and pleasant staff - and along with the location and comfortable & clean rooms - I really enjoyed my stay in lovely Siena👍👍👍👍👍!"
