"Beautiful stay in every way. "

"Most important is the property and room were clean. The evening clerk, Rebecca, was great at check in, told me about the area and a little Italian culture as it's my first time. I usually avoid the house breakfast but this was good for the price. Morning clerk, Alissia, was also great somehow managing the dinning room and checking petout. Note to management, as hard she was working, one person can't effectively do both jobs. It's not a Hilton, but it's not meant to be, but again it's clean, new and a surprisingly low price during the Holiday season. "

"Amazing venue"

"The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!! They were more than happy to help me out, answer any questions I had, and meet all my accommodations. The hotel is easily the best 4 star hotel in the region, and the spa was the perfect cherry on top. I’ve never been to a spa before but this was easily one of the best and most fun experiences I’ve had as a solo traveler. The indoor pools had messaging water jets and the saunas were so spacious and clean. Additionally, the free hotel activities like riding through town on E-bikes were an absolute blast! I was fortunate to have Davide from the hotel show me around town and he was incredibly friendly and even showed me great spots to eat in town that only locals know about. I was here for 3 days and I can surely say I cannot wait to come back and bring my girlfriend with me. This hotel was an incredibly mature spot, with a gourmet restaurant and minimal kids, so there was never a time I was annoyed by another guest."

"Sono appena tornato a casa in Scozia e mi sono divertito molto alla Residenza d'Epoca Pietra di Ponente. Il personale addetto all'accoglienza è professionale e sempre elegante. Mi chiedevano sempre come fosse andata la giornata. Il personale delle pulizie fa un lavoro fantastico e lavora sodo ogni giorno. Non posso che ringraziarli. Il personale della cucina è molto pulito e mantiene la sala da pranzo così bella per cena. Il posto mi ha ricordato la Residenza d'Epoca di un monastero con un nuovo look. Una menzione speciale va a Luca, il giardiniere che lavora sodo ed è una parte fondamentale del funzionamento del posto. Si occupa della manutenzione del giardino e della proprietà. Si occupa anche delle navette ed è un membro di spicco del team della Residenza d'Epoca. Roma è raggiungibile in treno. Una breve passeggiata di 20 minuti porta all'Acqua Acetosa, che vi porta a Roma in 20 minuti, mentre Ciampino è a 45 minuti a piedi. Ho avuto le lacrime agli occhi quando ho lasciato questo posto, ma come ho detto a Martina, non è un addio, è un arrivederci."

"This huge elegant house is a remarkable place to stay, the opposite of a bland holiday villa, it has cool marble floors & frescoes but somehow doesn’t take itself too seriously. We have 8 children between ages 2 to 16 and we were swallowed up in the massive rooms. All of the children enjoyed it: the pool, the massive basement playroom and billiard table, the great stone fireplace where we lit a fire one cooler evening in October.The host Lucia was extremely kind to us although we arrived very late because of heavy traffic and losing our way, and was readily helpful but respectful of our privacy during our stay.The enchanted fountains of the Villa d’Este or the Villa Adriana are a short drive, and Rome centre can be reached easily in under an hour by driving to the end of line B and taking the Metro at Rebibbia.This is in our opinion very definitely superb value for a larger group or family such as ours, who have a car to get around. We will remember the villa as a fascinating character whom we met on the holiday."
