"Nice place to stay far away from Rome. Excellent host and had a kitchen with entirely everything to use. I loved the Italian coffee she made for me and she did not hesitate to make it for me many times. Snacks was always around and she was an excellent host. "

"Abbiamo soggiornato al Sottosopra per due notti e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale sia per la cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari (mia figlia è celiaca e ci hanno fato trovare prodotti specifici per la colazione) che per le ottime condizioni della struttura.
Oltretutto, svegliarsi la mattina con un delizioso profumo di torte fatte in casa proveniente dalla cucina non ha prezzo.

"We stayed here due to the proximity to Ninfa, it was pretty close, still a 20-30 minute drive. The wifi did not seem to work. Breakfast was good and the bed was the best we have had on our trip. "

"Great place if you go to the magic rainbow park. Very close, large rooms, jacuzzi, very small kitchen.
Pay attention breakfast is Italian (a pastry) - as advertised. "

"Perfect place to be close to the CIA airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is pretty, and it is very quiet and great to have a good night of sleep before an early flight."

"Mui Bed and Breakfast was a wonderful place to stay. The property was exceptionally clean, well organized, and very quiet, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable and tidy, and everything was thoughtfully arranged. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to rest at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for visiting Rome’s attractions. I would definitely recommend Mui Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for...

"My partner and I had an amazing experience! It worked perfectly as a home base for exploring Rome, with the train station only a three minute walk away and trains to Rome taking only 30 minutes. Also a great location for exploring Frascati itself, very easy to walk to all the restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the patio was so much bigger than we expected and had a lovely view! The included breakfast was also excellent. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations near Rome."
"Positives: very helpful staff, especially front desk. The maintenance person fixed my glasses when they broke.
Negatives:
This is a terrible location. Nothing is in walking distance. You can only enter/ exit the property via the tollway. It is located on the tollway with restricted access. The bed is very hard and not comfortable. Room is bare.
We paid extra for the breakfast and were not impressed.
I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone."
"The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride."
"We stayed for one night only and booked this hotel for an overnight stay due to its proximity to Ciampino airport which was a 10 minute taxi drive away. Prior to travelling they were excellent in providing information on travel arrangements. The hotel is a traditional Italian provincial hostelry located in a semi rural area. The room we had was really nice with wooden beams on ceiling and wooden furniture. It had a bidet and shower.
The staff were really friendly and attentive.
We had a really nice traditional Italian meal.
As we were leaving at 6:30 am a takeaway breakfast bag was provided.
If in the area again I would happily rebook"
"Beautiful hotel and restaurant. Some of the service could be better to make the experience truly exceptional as the location. The spa and massage availability was a great addition"
"Thought the Victoria Terme Hotel was a 4 star hotel, it didn’t feel like it!
The breakfast offerings were very basic and had no real substance!
Staff weren’t really helpful and some of the amenities were not in use!
This hotel should be considered a 2 star hotel!
I definitely won’t be a returning guest"
"Wow! What a beautiful and welcomed change from a corporate chain hotel. I travel for work and work brought me to this little town outside of Rome. Stunning property, helpful staff, comfy bed, Bulgari bathroom amenities. Nearby restaurants and bars made my quick overnight stay here a nice little reprieve."
"While the hotel may meet the very basic standards expected for accommodation, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. The facilities and amenities provided felt extremely limited and lacked the level of comfort and attention one would reasonably expect for the price being charged.
What stood out most was the apparent focus on generating additional revenue rather than prioritising genuine customer satisfaction and hospitality. Many aspects of the service felt transactional, with little effort made to ensure guests felt valued, welcomed, or properly looked after during their ( I was charged €2.50 for requesting an extra tea bag and also charged for bottle of water left in the fridge that is normally complementary).
Overall, the experience did not reflect good value for money, and there appears to be significant room for improvement in both service quality and guest experience."
