"Perfect location. Shops and dining options within steps of the front door. My only critique is that there was only one hanger and paper towels would have been nice. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay."

"Parking was easy and well organized. The staff kept me up-to-date on everything. It was really a great experience in an extraordinary city. I plan to go again this coming summer, to this same hotel, Hotel Charles-Alexandre - Par Aneyro"
"My stay was great the staff was very friendly , especially Alan in the front desk he was extremely kind and helped us with recommendations where yo eat or visit. The hotel has an excellent location, if you pay a very convenience fee you have access to a daily coffee lounge with delicious pastries and coffee, that will male you save money especially for breakfast. The hotel need an update that is why I didn’t give 5 stars. "
"I stayed at Hilton Quebec for a brief visit, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic — right in downtown Québec City, within walking distance of Old Québec and major attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered nice city views.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. While I didn’t have time to fully explore all the amenities, the hotel seemed well-maintained and convenient for a short stay.
If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel with comfortable rooms for a quick visit, Hilton Quebec is a solid choice."
"We had an outstanding stay at the Fairmont in Old Québec City. The location alone makes this hotel exceptional — it sits right in the heart of Old Québec, with most major attractions just a short and enjoyable walk away. We were able to explore historic streets, shops, and iconic landmarks without needing a car, which made the experience stress-free and immersive.
Many excellent restaurants, cafés, and bakeries are within walking distance, giving us endless dining options every day. One highlight for our family was how close the hotel is to the toboggan slide at Terrasse Dufferin — an absolute must-do, especially in winter. Being able to walk there easily made it even better.
The hotel is also very conveniently located for visiting other Québec City attractions. It’s close to Vacation Camp activities, the Ice Hotel (Hôtel de Glace), and other popular destinations, making it a perfect base for sightseeing and family adventures. Whether you’re exploring history, enjoying winter activities, or simply soaking in the charm of the city, everything feels accessible from this location.
Beyond the unbeatable location, the hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable. The atmosphere blends historic charm with modern comfort, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!!!"
