"Slow check In. Hair on bathroom sink, trash in hallway and elevator. Dogs barking next door. But the pool and hottub (reason why I booked) were the worst. Both very dirty, no towels, trash and other items laying around the pool. Hot tub was luke warm and screaming children in a small room that echoes. Close to airport and good price. Shower pressure was good. Room was comfortable. Parking was easy."

"Breakfast sucks so bad. Otherwise, everything was good. Staff is super nice, although I'm pretty sure the girl up front was talking dirty to her man, but my kids weren't around so I don't care about that lmao. I asked for extra pillows and stuff, it was brought quickly to the room. Ashley, Aaron and someone else were the valet, super nice. Ashley was really awesome with my 4yo son, he loved her and showed her his muscles 😂 Everything was clean and smelled nice, I do however recommend cleaning behind the beds. Lots of hair. Overall, I would stay again if there was another event at the gicc."

"So, the hotel was undergoing renovations so allow that to be the basis here. The place easily could've been a 5 star experience if the timing had lined me up to be there when they weren't undergoing maintenance. So positives first. Airport shuttle. SO USEFUL! I was attending a convention and the shuttle was such a huge perk. Comfortable and clean. They advertise that its every 30 mins but with the chaos that is ATL it was more like every 45 mins. Size. Room size was good not great, but good. Bathroom. The bathroom I asked for needed to have a shower. (Hotel bathtubs make me become a germaphobe.) It had a big shower. Super happy with that. Location. You have several restaurants, liquor store and gas stations all within a safe walking distance so big thumb up. Staff. Super friendly and overall good character with a willingness to smile and assist. Now on to the mediocre. Toilet acted a little funky like it wouldn't flush properly in one flush. (Gross, I know but this is something to take into consideration.) Entrance for cabs, Lyft and Ubers. This is more the others fault then the hotels but most if not all of them had trouble getting in and out of the location requiring verbal assistance when requesting a ride. The breakfast. 25 dollars? When your next to two Waffle houses? Pass. THE BAD. Renovations. I think they were replacing insulation or removing rotten wood as everything had that freshly painted and worked smell. And the taped plastic covering kept falling down. 8/10"

"Front desk staff were friendly. The hostess/servers at Champions restaurant were horrible. The lobby bar was never open during our three day stay even though we were told it would be for the weekend. The food lounge/store was only opened in the mornings. When it was open there was only one staff member available and the lines were horrible. I was very disappointed with this stay."
