Clean room and staff was friendly enough. Room had a fridge, desk for work, and sofa, and there are enough restaurants in the area if you need a bite. Not a lot of frills, so don’t expect a 5 star hotel, but for a good nights sleep it’s great. Gave it 5 stars because I am not sure where the 1 star for cleaning and staff reviews are coming from. I was worried about this place before check in because of them, but was pleasantly surprised when I did, and when I checked out. Really good pick at the price I got it.

It is a very basic hotel without a lot of bells and whistles but my room was clean and quiet and all of the staff was helpful and pleasant. The entire place could use a little sprucing up….new carpet/flooring throughout, upgraded charging outlets in rooms and lobby, and some new paint would do wonders for the establishment. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

The room King Bed room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out with friendly staff was easy and swift. Continental breakfast was appreciated, but a few more selections are needed. The little coffee shop was inviting but did not appear to be staffed at any time during our stay. The common area with the fireplace was great and we enjoyed relaxing on the chairs by the fire. We liked the Sonesta and would stay again.

Definitely non-smoking. I found a couple ants but that’s it, everything else was not bad at all. Breakfast was either bagels or toast. There is a microwave in the lobby. Didn’t get a chance to use the gym or pool but looked fun. The bathroom door and the room door were both sticky and could use lubrication or adjusting. Super clean room, A/C was great, plenty of lights, I liked the roll out desk. Front desk was very kind. They do charge an extra fee in person when you book on Expedia.

This hotel needs some updating. I've been staying here on and off for several years and literally nothing has been updated or changed out. The shower drained extremely slow so it kept filling up with water which was really annoying. It would also be nice if they would open the restaurant that's in the lobby. I do like the proximity to the highway in the mall and several restaurants.

Nestled in a cove of the city that exudes a welcoming acceptance for the business and vacationing traveler, the location is superb and super convenient. From check in to check out, we were only greeted with pleasantries that included a continental breakfast, approachable front desk personnel ready to assist, and a two-room living space that was totally accommodating to my four-person family.

3/5 it seemed clean and some things looked nice about the property but bathrooms need an update. There was rust and although it had a shower the shower head had no holder, forcing me to have to hold it for use.
