  • Located in College Station, enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a restful night. The house includes two bathrooms, both equipped with a hair dryer, towels and shampoo/ body wash for convenience. Guests will appreciate the spacious backyard for entertaining as well as a large open kitchen and gathering area, making every occasion enjoyable. An iron, full size washer and dryer are also available to keep your wardrobe looking fresh. This delightful home provides a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. We are less than a mile from sorority row, 2.5 miles from campus and less than 3 minutes from shopping and dining. Driveway offers room for 4 cars as well as legal on street parking (no fear of being towed!) Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a goody bag and a sheet of recs for dining, shopping and more! This home has celebrated birthdays, ring dunks, graduations, job acceptances, bonfire gatherings and more! We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house and look forward to hosting you!
