The room was clean and comfortable. One of the elevators had a bad smell to it. The staff did try to clean it, but the smell lingered for the couple days we were there. The breakfast and coffee were mediocre. The staff working front desk were helpful.

Rooms are a bit aged. Needed to lean hard on the door to engage the deadbolt, and then it was difficult to open. Stairwell carpet was dirty, needs to be vacuumed. Breakfast was decent. Still trying to resolve that the hotel billed me for my stay, even though I booked and paid through Expedia.

Our room had no hot water. I shared that with the front desk and she was willing to reduce the rate but couldn’t since it was booked through Expedia. To contact them. She was nice about it. The food buffet was the best part of the stay. Food was hot and ready to go for early risers. Some guy had his frenchie dog at the coffee bar and the dog pooped. he picked up the poop with a napkin and threw it in the nearby trash leaving a streak in the flop that remained. The carpet in the dining area was not just dirty but filthy. Clean it. Carpet in the hallway was also filthy. No reason for that. The hotel was not well build. you can heard into the next room, and there is no insulation between floors and can hear guest above you walking. For $300 a night LQ can do better.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Room was clean. The stainless cover over the trench drain in the shower did its job, but it was noisy when water hit it. Bath towels were smaller than most hotels. Overall, it was a nice hotel and no complaints.

The room was clean, but the bath tub needs update as there were old stains. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Cleaning staff made sure to keep room stocked with clean towels. Breakfast was great. It was a hot breakfast with waffles,eggs,bacon, sausage , potato’s and juice. Area seemed safe and parking lot was well lit.
