"It is a nice place, and the host is very responsive. Clean and has what you need. The only con is that it can be hard to find in the dark because the outside light isn't working and the house number stickers are small."

"Comfortable. Convenient. Clean. Communication. Those are all words that come to mind regarding our stay at Tom's. From booking to checkout, he gets n A on communication. Convenience to the river, the beach, the pool, all were exceptional. The things that we appreciated the most were clean and comfortable. Some properties that you walk into are just a little too pretentious, putting a parent on edge--not so at Tom's. My family felt at home from the get go, and we got to experience a couple of unique touches with the record and DVD collections. We're thankful for our Gorda Getaway."
