"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. "My room (8) was small but I was pretty comfortable. The elevator made moving luggage easier. I received a fresh towel and a made bed quickly every day. The shower was small but had hot water and good pressure. I had brought my own washcloth, shampoo and conditioner which I recommend. They do supply body wash. Breakfast was very nice with hard boiled eggs, sliced cheese, meat, yogurt and fruit. If you like a hard mattress you will love the bed - me, not so much. I really felt welcome for the two weeks I spent at Hotel Corso."
