Memphis Meadows - Collierville Home - privacy with great views

Built in January 2021 with exceptional privacy and views. Three (3) stories with garage/laundry room on first floor, residential living on 2nd and 3rd floors. Jacuzzi J-465 5 seater hot tub dedicated for guests on lower covered porch. Whole home generator installed in 2025.
Large outdoor porch with grilling located on 2nd floor provides nice views of wildlife around private pond, meadows, and woods. Located in Collierville (Tennessee) by a state park called Herb Parsons lake known for hiking, mountain biking trails, and fishing. Guests can take walks on Lakeview drive that circles the private portion of Herb Parsons Lake. The Wolf river is close by with options to go canoeing, kayaking, etc. Uber Eats is available for drop-off at this location.

Interstate I-40 is 15 minutes while I-269/I-385 is 8 minutes. Spring Creek Ranch (country club) is less than 5 minutes. Restaurants and shopping in the Collierville/Germantown area is 15 minutes (Carriage Crossing). Elvis Presley Graceland is 43 minutes. The Mississippi River, FedEx Forum, downtown Memphis, and Tunica Casinos are within 50 minutes travel.

Girl's Night Out

We cooked a nice dinner and spent the night playing games and visiting with good friends! Then made a cute breakfast in the morning. It was a super comfy stay!

Amazing Stay!

We loved this home! The location of this rental was amazing and secluded! It was everything that was advertised and more. The property manager was amazing very understanding and quick to reply to any concerns (we had bad weather). She was absolutely amazing! Definitely would rent again if we are in the area :)

This property was even more perfect in person. It was clean, smelt amazing, located in a nice neighborhood, the lay out of the house was perfect, loved all of the windows and light! I especially was so thankful that the hosts thought of everything possible!

Great quiet stay

The home far exceeded expectations. There were thoughtful and considerate details, like towels specifically for pets, and bottled water. It rained 1 day, and the rain plus the greenery smelled amazing. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great retreat spot close to Collierville

I had family in town for a surprise party and needed somewhere for them to stay. This was a mix of perfect, perfectly close to the party location, perfectly close to Collierville/Germantown/Memphis, perfectly setup. Everyone enjoyed their stay and ranted about how they can’t wait to come back for the next family gathering. If you’re looking to stay close to Memphis but out of the city this is a great spot, you won’t regret your stay out here.

Magical Memphis Meadows

We loved our stay at Memphis Meadows. The house is very well furnished and stocked with quality items. Towels, linens and blankets are all top quality and plentiful. Genny and Paul were quick to respond to any questions or needs and are just very pleasant people. We even added an extra day because we enjoyed the property so much - quiet and relaxing retreat. I hope to stay there again if I am in the area.

peaceful home

we greatly enjoyed staying at this property. We were greeted upon arrival by Robert. So friendly and very hospitable. They offer fresh eggs from the chickens. I loved the rooster wake up call every morning :) Such a beautiful property. We were here for a soccer tournament so it was very relaxing to come back and enjoy the hot tub in the evening. Thanks again for a great weekend!

Great overnight stay

We needed a stopover place allowing our poodles. It was exactly where and what we needed. Slept beautifully in the comfy king bed. Great shower. Owner has pride in her property. Quaint and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Wedding

WE absolutely loved staying here and hated to leave! The hosts were amazing and made it homey feeling, even setting out books for our 3 year old to enjoy while we were there. The house was clean, roomy and perfect. We will stay again when visiting Memphis.

Lovely Stay

The property is well designed and feels larger than it actually is. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. It was a perfect weekend for the hot tub after celebrating the wedding of a dear friend up the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful country setting with best bed!!!

We so loved our stay at this quaint country bungalow. The master bed was the best mattress I have ever slept on. Everything was clean and well decorated. Very peaceful place.

This might be my favorite home I have ever stayed in.The home is decorated very cute, the property is very beautiful! Extremely clean and everything has been easy to find!!! Loved our stay! Super safe and nice area, easy drive into Memphis. Scheduled Uber for pick up with no problem. The place was so clean and nice, luxury items and set up. Back porch was perfect for a relaxing spot to have morning coffee. Great communication with owners. We loved it all! Will be back!

Amazing and peaceful.

The property was gorgeous and so quiet. Close enough to enjoy the area in Memphis but far enough away to truly “get away”. Owners were incredibly gracious and always ready to help if need be. The accommodations lacked for nothing. Everything was thought of and wonderfully presented. It was comfortable and a true joy to come back to everyday during our stay. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in Memphis meadows.

The Perfect Stay

This place was the perfect place to stay to enjoy our Elvis week activities. It’s 40 minutes from Graceland, but it’s so safe and gives you that feeling of being in the quiet countryside while you’re trying to relax and spend time together. The garage was so nice to have and the house was beautiful. The hosts were fantastic. Our dog had gotten a little excited to be there and knocked off one of their wine glasses and the host was SO incredibly understanding about it. They were super responsive and so polite. Very safe neighborhood and probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! Beautiful place. Hoping to make it an annual trip!

The perfect place to leave the world behind

It was uniquely decorated and built. It was a blast having 5 acres for our dog to run and play with our grandsons. Fishing in the pond was such a special addition to the property. And my favorite thing to do with our grandsons was to walk to the fence and pet the neighbor’s horses. They were obviously use to visitors and loved being petted. The donkeys were also entertaining to listen to. They didn’t have any chickens, temporarily. But hopefully next time.👍

Great place to relax

The property was wonderful and exactly as described. It was one of the few properties we ever stayed at that had ABSOLUTELY everything you could ask for. We didn't have to bother the hosts with small inquiries, like wifi code, as everything was clear and provided. 30min from downtown Memphis and easy to get to. Quiet location, gorgeous place. Everything worked properly and the property was clean and well maintained. They accommodated us and our pets during a very stressful move from another state and it was great to not have to worry about any of the small things. Great hosts!!! Would recommend the place highly to anyone visiting the area.
