  • At the foot of the Chemin des Dames, between the Lac de l'Ailette and the Lac de Monampteuil. A house opening onto the garden, 1 hour 45 minutes from Paris.
    Approximately 200 m², 4 beautiful living rooms on the ground floor — library, open kitchen, living/dining room, office — and four bedrooms upstairs, one of which has a mezzanine. The house revolves around a central fireplace between the kitchen and the living room in winter, and opens in summer onto the garden and the inner courtyard.
    East-west exposure. Inner courtyard on the street side. Garden of more than 1,000 m² at the back.
    Nearby, discover the Chemin des Dames, the city of Laon, its cathedral and its ramparts and the centre parc de l'ailette. Multiple trails for trail lovers from the house and the Ailette golf course is less than 5' away by car.
    A little further away, 45' from the house, you can even discover Reims.
