"Hotel is not appropriate for small children. There’s a lot of negative traffic going in and out of the hotel. People hang around on the outside of the building. Area seems unsafe."

"We booked online as soon as Delta informed us our six-hour delayed flight would not arrive at DFW until after 2AM. Since we live 2.5 hours away from DFW we wanted to ensure we had a place to stay. No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away"
