"We enjoyed our stay. Our party included 4 65 males. The steps to the second floor bedrooms are steep and narrow and do not have a bannister. Navigating them can be concerning for some. The partially covered deck is new and spacious. It looks out over the neighborhood and has a lake view but no lake access that we could see. The cabin was perfect for our needs. We were there snagging spoonbill. We were on the lakes all day during our stay. It was a 20 minute to half an hour drive to Truman Lake and 45 minutes to Lake of the Ozarks from the cabin to the parts of the lakes we wanted to access. The cities of Clinton, Osceola, and Warsaw are fairly short drives away. Deepwater Mo. is a rural village and cell service is spotty but the cabin has good wifi and had we had no problems once we were there. We did not need to have much communications with Bryant as everything is spelled out in the instructions. This is how I prefer it.If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the outdoors, then this place is for you."

"Beautiful cabin that was very private and close to several nice fishing areas. We had a wonderful fishing trip down to the lake and the cabin was a perfect fit for the two of us. Hot tub was nice and inside an enclosed patio for the rainy evenings. We would stay again! "
