"The front desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel is right next to the airport which is convenient but you need a car if you want to go to downtown Tulsa. The hotel is isolated and yet charges for breakfast-$15 a person! The room was a nice size and the gym had a variety of equipment including TRX straps and kettlebelts. One small gripe: the bathroom had a dispenser for lotion by the sink but not soap. The hotel also did not supply bar soap, so after using the facilities, we had to get soap from the shower to wash our hands. "

"Location was good - but train noise was a bit loud. Room was clean and spacious and bed / pillow was very comfortable - common areas (ie elevator) could use a good vacuum."

"The lobby area and casino had a strong smell of cigarettes, but I was relieved that the hallway to our room and the room itself smelled just fine. The room was attractive, the bathroom had new fixtures and was very clean, and the water pressure was great. With a storm on the way we were glad we could park in the parking structure and walk inside to our room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. "

"The breakfast menu was somewhat limited, but the essentials were available. We had an issue in one room with bugs, however they moved us to a room. However the next day they called us to say they needed us to move to a third room which they had not said anything and were difficult to deal with for a mistake they made, appeared to have double booked rooms. We finally resolved and did not have to move because we were not on site, however they were not the most helpful with this issue."

"Everything was horrible. Room had mold. I couldn't breathe and they would not cancel our reservation or refund us our money. Horrible staff to deal with. We ended up having to get a room at a different hotel at our expense with no refund from this place. Don't stay here!"
