It was an okay place to stop after a long day of traveling. We had to get moved to a different room because there was a known bug problem in our first room. The beds were comfortable enough, although if you’re going to use the fold out bed to sleep six in a room, be aware there may or may not be a mattress cover on, and there will not be blankets or a second pillow provided for the folding bed. The breakfast was as pleasant as any other continental breakfast. We didn’t use the pool as we were just passing through. So I can’t say anything on that. Overall, I give it 3 stars.

On the affordable end of a stay, and would appear nice on initial entry however immediately on exiting the elevator, the 2nd floor smelled overwhelmingly like urine and the smell of our room was hard to stomach. Visibly the room looks decent, but our hairdryer plug was covered in roach feces and we saw an active live cockroach in the room. It happens, just be cautious of what you carry in if you must. This price was great for the having breakfast and recreation, our kids were happy to have the pool to play in. Breakfast had a few hot options, but there was Styrofoam bowls for microwave oatmeal which we tried anyway but it melted, and the waffles were INCREDIBLY watered down so that it wouldn't properly cook. Again, there were still options. We were thankful for a quick affordable room grab, although we'd not likely return if we were wanting to "treat" our kids again

The staff have a weird quirk of voiding all of the room keys in the morning to make sure there are no active keys. But they do it before room check out time and even for rooms that are multiple days. We know this because other hotel guests had this happen to them too. Other than this the staff are polite and friendly. The pool is not heated, so despite being indoors it was too cold to use in March. The hotel was kept nicely clean.

We stayed 5 nights.The beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels were nice and were replaced everyday which we appreciated as we had a 94 year old with us to assist. We did appreciate the gym facilities. The staff did not hardly speak any English and were unavailable for many people who were attempting to ask questions and check out. The pool was absolutely filthy, used towels everywhere and turning green. The pool deck was slimy. The public bathrooms by the pool (both)had run out of paper towels and toilet paper midweek.Breakfast was barely adequate, most frustrating that they closed at 9 AM even on a Friday. We were unhappy that there were no coffee cup lids at all, ever. Now to the extremely important problems. We booked an ADA handicap 2 queen bed room. The beds were 3 feet high ,We had to go out and purchase a step to get her in bed at all! What were the designers thinking??!! There wasn’t 4 inches between the air conditioner and the bed. In the middle space you could not even get a walker through, much less a wheelchair. The bathroom was NOT ADA accessible in any way shape or form . A wheelchair would not fit in the door to the restroom at all! There wasn’t a shower, only a tub with a nod to disability with a small poorly bar. The whole room was VERY difficult for a mobility impaired senior. We were quite disappointed ourselves, and there was much dissatisfaction as well from the guests in the lobby and breakfast area. You need to monitor this hotel.
