Check in was wonderful! John was amazing super helpful and engaged my kiddo in conversation. Room is very clean, bed is comfortable, location is great for getting to convention center, eating, and shopping! I would definitely stay again!

The reason I rate it four stars is because it states that it has a soft bed, this wasn’t the case. We’ve been sleeping on a blowup mattress for a little over a week not to mention this is the hardest bed that we’ve slept on while staying at a Hampton Inn. The room we stayed in was to close to the ventilation system, so it was a little loud Besides the negativity, the staff was super friendly, helpful,etc. The location, cleanliness,etc was perfect

Just an overnight stay after a concert. The bed was comfortable, which is all we wanted. They did have some issues finding out reservation.

We always stay at the Collinsville Hampton when visiting St Louis area with family. The area is safe and the hospitality is the best. You won’t find nicer people! There is a lot of food places and stores nearby. The steak house across the street is great as well. Pool and room was clean. Chasity on the evening shift is a true gem and made us feel at home!

It was an overall a good experience. The pool was realy nice. The beds were not great but not awful. They do require a $100 deposit for the rooms which was unexpected. The suite was well set up.

The room was clean but they had recently put wallpaper up in the bathroom and the adhesive used affected my allergies and had a strong scent. It was not pleasant at all. The staff were very nice and helpful especially since the elevator was very broken.
