Einfach wunderbar!

Das Appartement ist sehr schön. Zu zweit hat man sehr viel Platz. Alles ist in einem guten Zustand und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist Gold wert. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Zu Fuss sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zum Hafen. Mit dem Auto ist man aber auch schnell aus dem Ort raus. Wegen der Einbahnstraßen dauert das Zurückkommen etwas länger. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unproblematisch. Gerne wieder!!!

un bon séjour

appartement très adapté à nos besoins,propre,fonctionnel,calme. Le centre ville est proche la cote est dure à monter au retour mais courte. Le proprietaire des lieux est sympathique et cherche à rendre le séjour agréable il est très à l'écoute des petits soucis eventuels.

Un excellent séjour.

Appartement très lumineux, très bien équipé ( electromenager, ventilateurs,...) et très bien situé au calme à l'écart du centre ville à seulement 5mn à pied du centre et de la plage. Le parking privé est un veritable luxe. L'appartement est très propre. La communication avec le propriétaire et les gerants de l'appartement sur place est facile et reactive. Je recommande cet appartement.

Très bon séjour

Quelques nuits bruyantes dues à des voisins peu respectueux de leur entourage. Les 4 ventilateurs ont été les bienvenus pour ce séjour dans cet appartement. Pouvoir se rendre dans cette charmante ville de Collioure sans prendre la voiture est particulièrement appréciable.

Parfait

Appartement neuf et moderne. Très bien situé (10min à pied pour être à la plage), calme et spacieux pour 3 personnes. La résidence possédant un parking, c'est un plus car il n'y a pas à chercher de place de stationnement dans Collioure. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Merci d'avoir mis à notre disposition des ventilateurs supplémentaire pour supporter l'épisode caniculaire de notre semaine de vacances. Propriétaire très réactif lors de la perte de Wifi. Extrêmement important lorsque vous avez des adolescents. Pour conclure, vous pouvez réserver sans problème. Merci M.Lamiri

Modern apartment in good location but a few issues.

This is a lovely modern spacious for 2 apartment but lacks air conditioning which would prevent us revisiting in the summer months. Free parking in the residential area and about 10min walk from the centre of town which was great. However on arrival we discovered there was no bed linen, towels, teatowels, hairdryer or a working iron which were all listed as provided. We contacted the owner and he was unable to help and said that we should of pre-ordered the linen but this wasn’t made clear when booking. We then spent €125 on linen, towels and a hairdryer, thankfully a neighbour lent us an iron. There was no details on how to use the wifi but the owner was quick to contact us and resolve the problem. Overall with a few changes, better general facilities provided and air conditioning this would be a 5 star apartment for us.

Super séjour

Appartement joliment refait à neuf , très propre , dans une résidence bien au calme , avec parking , suffisamment éloigné du centre pour être tranquille, mais pas loin du tout à pied . Le propriétaire est sympathique et les voisins discrets . Il y a une vrai chambre et un canapé convertible dans le salon bien pratique. Au total , un séjour très agréable. Je le recommande.

Trés bon séjour

Nous avons passé 3 jours dont 2 nuits dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans Collioure (- de 7 minutes à pied des commerces et du centre du village). Entièrement rénové, moderne et bien équipé, nous avons apprécié le calme et la proximité de la résidence ainsi que la possibilité de garer la voiture (barrière et télécommande) sans aucune difficulté. Quelques détails manquaient (tapis salle de bain, penderie dans la chambre, rideau occultant, hotte et crédence dans la cuisine) mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire, très accueillant et à l'écoute, s'est engagé à remédier rapidement à ces petits détails. Appartement à recommander. Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.
