Bright apartment, not overlooked, with a beautiful panoramic view of the vineyards and the mountain. Living room overlooking a large private terrace, full sun, partly covered by a shade sail, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers.

Comfort with air conditioning, fully equipped appliances. Provision of internet Wifi. Parking facilities in the path in front of the house.

Close to the beach (250m) the apartment is located on a path very little used by cars because dead end. The environment is serene and bucolic, very green. The path leads through the vineyards, on one side to the hiking trails overlooking the bay of Collioure (plans made available by the owner) and on the other side to beaches (250m) and village (center 10mn to foot). The shops are 200m away: bakery, grocery store, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, anchovy trade, tobacco-press .... The use of the car is useless because the amenities are nearby. From the entrance, nice view on Fort St Elme and the old windmill.

Appartement très calme, avec une très belle terrasse. Proche de toutes les commodités (tout peut se faire à pieds). Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, qui nous a communiqué de bonnes adresses. Endroit idéal pour se reposer tout en étant dans Collioure. Encore merci pour l'accueil.

Collioure, ville incontournable.

L' appartement se situe dans une maison. On descend un escalier central qui mène de chaque côté aux diverses locations. le nôtre était tranquille avec une belle terrasse qui donne sur le jardin et les collines environnantes. Il y a une grande pièce de vie bien aménagée et climatisée avec un coin cuisine où il manque uniquement un four. Pas de problème pour laver le linge, il y a 2 lave-linge à l'entrée de la maison. En revanche, il faut penser à apporter son papier de toilette et la salle d'eau est mal ventilée. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher mais pas de fenêtre. L'une a 2 petits lits et un dressing mais elle est dans le noir complet. La seconde est toute petite avec un grand lit. c'est suffisant bien qu'elle ne corresponde pas tout à fait à la photo. Il y a quand même une petite ouverture dans le mur qui donne sur le séjour mais nous aurions apprécié de le savoir avant car 2 chambres sans fenêtre sont une information importante à signaler. Bilan : Collioure et ses environs sont vraiment enchanteurs. C'est joli, pittoresque et animé. Au niveau de la location, nous sommes globalement satisfaits grâce à la terrasse et la climatisation.
