Mitten in der Altstadt von Collioure

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstdadt - und ist mit gut isolierten Fenster nach vorne ausgestattet, um die Geräusche der Gassen ausblenden zu können. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten und bei offenem Fenster dennoch sehr ruhig. Eine Kleinigkeit fehlte uns - ein Wasserkocher, ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr herzlich, der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und half uns weiter. Einen großen Unterschied macht, ob man mit oder ohne Auto anreist. Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze, wo man für 50 Euro/Woche dauerhaft parken kann. Der Vermieter half uns, in dem er uns vorab eine solche Parkerlaubnis für 1 Woche besorgte. Da wir in der Woche da waren, wo zugleich das Fest des Hl. Vincent gefeiert wird in Collioure, war es am Anreisetag für uns unmöglich, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Auch hier half uns der Vermieter tatkräftig. Mein Tipp für Mieter mit Auto: Am Anreisetag am frühen Vormittag kommen, um eine gute Chance auf einen Parkplatz zu haben, der nicht zu weit von der Wohnung entfernt ist, auch wenn die Wohnung selbst noch nicht bezugsfertig ist. Und: Bahn und Bus nehmen, um z.B. um in die Nachbarorte zu kommen.

Super appart avec de nombreux équipements situé en centre ville

Des propriétaires au top et extrêmement serviables qui se sont chargés lors de notre réservation, de notre abonnement pour le parking pendant notre séjour. A notre arrivée, point de RDV devant la poste avec Monsieur qui nous a conduit jusqu'à l'appartement et qui s'est chargé de nous fournir toutes les explications nécessaires sur le fonctionnement des équipements dans l'appartement et nous a indiqué les bonnes adresses aux alentours (visites touristiques, restaurants ok à proximité et ceux à éviter). Un appartement très propre situé en centre ville très insonorisé. Un séjour cuisine impeccable. Une très grande chambre avec un grand lit + 2 lits superposés + de nombreux rangements et qui ne donne pas sur la rue principale. Pour les équipements, rien n'a été oublié : frigo, four, micro onde, plaque de cuisson, lave vaisselle, lave linge, 2 climatisations séparées, 2 télés, lecteur DVD, internet.... Pour les personnes qui viendraient avec des enfants : rien ne manque, y compris un placard rempli de jeux éducatifs. Le petit plus que je n'ai jamais vu dans nos précédentes locations et que nous avons fortement apprécié sans en abuser bien entendu : mise à disposition de produits ménager (javel spray, produit récurrent, produit vaisselle, éponge, sopalin, tablettes pour le lave vaisselle, lessive pour le lave linge et bien d'autres) sans compter le papier toilette, le shampooing et le gel douche pour la salle de bains. Concernant la ville de COLLIOURE, très belle ville et hyper propre vu le nombre de personnes présentes pendant les fêtes de Saint Vincent, belles plages, des gens très accueillants. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Merci à vous deux car nous gardons un souvenir merveilleux

Gilbert et josy sont accueillants et De bon conseil pour que vous puissiez passer le meilleur séjour possible. L apparement est hyper équipé, il n y a kasi rien a amener même les équipements enfants sont prévus. Sur De trouver meilleur Emplacement, plein centre d une des plus encienne rue et 100 m de la plage. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Après avoir été cordialement accueillis par Monsieur Atxer ( qui, du reste ,nous a bien aidé pour le transport de nos bagages..), nous avons découvert un appartement correspondant en tous points au descriptif, nickel-chrome, au calme pour dormir malgré une situation exceptionnelle , au centre de la vielle ville et à quelques pas de tout ( plage,commerces,restos, etc...). De plus, le propriétaire a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer et de nous indiquer les centres d'intérêts en ville et aux alentours , ce qui est plutôt rare !.. Cerise sur le gâteau, le logement est agencé de façon complète, il ne manque RIEN jusqu'au plus petit détail !! Nous recommanderons vivement ce logement aux parents et amis se déplaçant dans cette belle région et surtout dans cette magnifique ville de Collioure. En bref, ne changez rien, c'est parfait !!! Parfait !!

Avant toutes choses, nous tenons à remercier Monsieur et Madame A. pour leur accueil et leur sympathie :) Nous avons vraiment passé une très agréable semaine dans l'appartement Mimi Chou, qui est très propre et bien agencé (les placards débordent de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin). Le logement est idéalement situé, dans une ruelle très passante au cœur de Collioure, qui est un village ma-gni-fi-que !! Visitez le Moulin, le Chateau, perdez vous dans les petites ruelles colorées, prenez le Petit Train Jaune et le bateau... et bien sur ... n'oubliez pas de profiter des nombreuses plages !! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, mais cette fois-ci dans l'appartement "rose". A très vite et encore merci. Magaly V.
