The apartment consists of: Fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, connected radio, classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, frying pans, pots, dishes, and kitchen utensils), A bright, air-conditioned living room with old stained-glass windows that create a soothing atmosphere, A first air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and storage space, A second bedroom with a double bed and storage space, A third bedroom with 2 single beds, A bathroom with a shower, double sink, washing machine, and a separate toilet completes the apartment, A garage is included with the booking of the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with no elevator.
The entire apartment will be yours. Colmar, a city of art, history, and heritage: Despite its turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional harmony in its historic center, which is listed as a “protected sector” and has benefited from continuous restoration and enhancement. The large pedestrian area in the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of its varied heritage, which spans from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it’s the Maison des Têtes (built in the early 17th century), which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful Renaissance-style bourgeois house with a medieval design, each of these monuments is unique in its kind.
Colmar’s religious art is also very rich: the Dominican Church, which houses the famous “Virgin with a Rose Bush” by Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, and the St. Martin Collegiate Church, are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art.
While strolling through the streets, visitors are amazed by the many beautiful signs and the vibrant rooftops. Walking along the Quai de la Poissonnerie, once the center of fishing and fish trade, you’ll fall in love with this picturesque neighborhood, now known as “Petite Venise.”
House Rules: This apartment and all common areas are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is strictly prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a 250€ additional cleaning fee.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
Bed linen and towels, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes the change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment, and cleaning of the toilets.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy up the dishes, take out the trash, empty the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and maintain tidiness inside the apartment. If you don’t wish to do this, you can order an additional "full cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. If this option is not pre-booked and the instructions are not followed, a penalty of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged.
After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your ID via the Yaago platform, as well as the details for the police form, in accordance with the applicable regulations. If the identity of the individuals staying does not match the booking details, we reserve the right to deny access to the apartment.
