Good room with a bath. Small window, but we were out sightseeing mostbof the time anyway. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Only one lift for a big hotel, but we used the stairs down the way to avoid queuing. Overall would recommend

Two day stay in Colmar

Nice stay in Colmar. Hotel room was in very good condition and clean. Overall, the hotel was nice but interior is a few years old. On the positive side, what was new were the rooms, most important. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the center of Colmar.

Fantastic Hotel

We stayed at Mercure Colmar whilst on a trip to visit some Alsace Christmas markets. It was very close to the Colmar markets but in a quiet area. Every member of staff we came across were efficient and friendly. The hotel itself is modern and clean with some extra special touches such as some welcoming biscuits gift and still and sparkling water available in the lobby. The room was lovely - clean and comfortable with a large wide bed. The bathroom was modern with a fantastic rain shower. Breakfast was great too, good quality produce and hot and cold options. We have stayed in a few Mercure hotels in various cities - this has been our favourite

Superb

Lovely modern hotel which is well furnished and decorated. Very close to local amenities and a good location. Abba? (please excuse if a spelling mistake) was the concierge working at the time and he was incredibly helpful and a credit to the company. Me and my wife had to cut our trip short and he was very helpful in helping us make arrangements to return home. Nothing was too much and he helped make a difficult time much easier.
