An independent, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and filter, kettle, and toaster)
An independent toilet
On the second level:
A bedroom with two single beds,
A bedroom with a double bed
A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet
The entire property will be yours. Always with the goal of providing you with the best experience during your stay:
Cleaning will be done,
The beds will be made with clean sheets, and a bedding set for the sofa bed will be provided,
Clean towels will be provided, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel,

House rules:
This is a non-smoking property. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, or any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a 250€ penalty for additional cleaning fees.
Pets are allowed upon request (pets under 15kg and non-dangerous) with an additional charge of 30€ per pet per stay. Pets must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment, and the sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to wash and tidy the dishes, take out the trash, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as to tidy the interior of the apartment. If you prefer not to do this, you can order a “full cleaning” supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. If this option is not pre-booked and these instructions are not followed, a cleaning fee penalty of 60€ will be charged.
After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your ID via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with the applicable regulations. If the identity of the people staying does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
