"Hello, when you walk into the hotel, there was trash on the outside of the area, walking into the lobby. And then when you walk in the lobby, the rug was filthy and needs to be replaced like ASAP!, couldn't check-in at 4 had to wait 2 and a 1/2 hours before check-in. Ask for extra towels never receive ..."

"The house was nice and neat and ideally located near to Nockamixon State Park. Kitchen was well stocked. And rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Vanessa was very responsive and helpful."
