A three-storey building between Bensberg Castle and City Hall with a fully equipped apartment with modern and design-oriented furniture on the ground floor. The apartment is on the ground floor and was finished in 2017 with high quality materials.
The apartment has a double room with private bathroom and a single room with bath. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious living room has a large dining area on a stone wall. The terrace invites you to relax and linger.

Alarm system, security windows / doors, KNX lines, WLAN, telephone, in-house telephone with camera.
Natural materials such as Lindlar quarry stone, natural plasters, real wood planks on underfloor heating were used in this house, all bathrooms were laid with large-format tiles from Mosa. Guest bathroom with bathtub. Washer dryer built under.
Master bath: floor-level shower, height-adjustable toilet with hot water flush. Dornbracht fittings with overhead shower. Illuminated built-in bathroom furniture with cosmetic mirror. Night light via sensor.
