Hello normaly we are at the reception and if not we are around in the hotel. If we are just one person and we also to check the rooms it is nobody at the reception. Therefore we have all around in the hotel two mobilnumbers, one is mine, to reach somebody if you have any wishes or problems. Our rooms are not standard rooms! They have all different type of rooms with different types of themes. 90% our guests feel very well and are happy to sleep not in standard room. We hope we can welcome you again the next time!

Die Lage ist das einzig Gute, gereinigt wurde erst am letzten Tag, Check in und Check out zwar unkompliziert aber nicht sehr freundlich.

Unter der Woche sehr ruhig und trotzdem super zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen. Super fußläufig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und sehr netter Gastgeber. Mir persönlich war leider die Matratze zu hart und das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt.

Unsauber, Haare in der Dusche, Matratze war so hart, da hätte man auch gleich auf dem Boden schlafen können, Fenster sind so schlecht isoliert, dass man mitten in der Nacht wegen Lärm aufwacht, man hört einfach alles von der Straße wie wenn das Fenster komplett offen wäre

Die Unterkunft ist schlicht und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, die Shoppingmeile ist quasi die parallelstraße und Cafés und Restaurants sind alle direkt erreichbar zwei bis fünf Minuten Fußweg. Abends war es dennoch ruhig. Wir waren zufrieden 😁

Super Lokation für eine Tour durch Köln, an Karneval top gelegen. Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt, schön, dass wir erst um 12:00 raus mussten, da blieb Zeit zum Ausschlafen. Gerne wieder 👍

Das Hotel hat einen einzigartigen Ansatz und hat wohl ein unterschiedliches Thema für jedes Zimmer. Das klappt manchmal gut, manchmal weniger. Das Bett war sehr gut, aber die Bettwäsche eher zweckdienlich bis weniger gut. Die hervorragende Lage gleicht die Schwachpunkte sehr gut aus

Sehr nette Begrüßung und Verabschiedung. Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich eingerichtet - es fehlte allerdings eine Lampe am Bett. Bad alt aber ok. Trotz der Lage, obwohl es die Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag war, habe ich in der 2. Etage prima geschlafen.

Had a good experience. The person in the lobby was very cheerful and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location is the hearth of Cologne so can walk everwhere. I ll stay here in my next visit too.

Hat uns sehr gefallen! Der Herr vom Empfang war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage ist super man ist direkt in der Innenstadt, aber es ist trotzdem ruhig und Preis-Leistung stimmt auch.

Ich denke, der negativste Punkt, den ich erwähnen muss, ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gab und es im Sommer sehr heiß ist und man in diesem Zustand nicht einmal schlafen kann. Ansonsten ist alles in Ordnung und ich würde wieder in diesem Hotel buchen.

Hurmaava pieni hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla lähellä niin päärautatieasemaa, ostoskatuja kuin jokirantaa. Puuttuvat vain hienot näkymät ikkunoista. Sijainti on meluisa, joten ainakin kesähelteellä kannattaa varata korvatulpat mukaan. Huonekerroksiin johtavat melko jyrkät portaat, mikä kannattaa huomioida, jos liikkuminen on hankalaa. Huone oli kodikas, siisti ja hyväkuntoinen, sänky mukavan leveä ja patja kova.

Het was een simpel recht toe recht aan ervaring. De uitbater heeft de sleutel gegeven en weer ingenomen. Er is niet schoongemaakt of handdoeken verwisselt in de 2 dagen dat ik er ben geweest. De kussens waren slecht. De badkamer was op zich prima, had wel zijn beste tijd gehad. Ligging was prima, veel op loopafstand.
