A nice modern hotel.
Great location to Weiner Platz, kiosk opposite open until the early hours. Staff helpful and friendly, service at hotel bar was a bit slow due to them manning both stations but selection was good. Room was clean, comfy and spacious - lighting was quite dim and no bath tub, but shower was excellent and beds very very comfy. Would stay again, great value.

Excellent service from the very beginning. Quick and easy check-in at the hotel and the rooms were - wow. Clean and everything needed for a short stay. Something I’ve never seen before - if you leave the hanger on the door saying you do not need your room cleaning you get a free drink in the bar (per person). What a great idea to help keep costs down and help save the environment a little. Easy access with the nearest tram station (no 18) only a 5 min walk with direct access to Köln city centre. It’s also the same tram to take you to Phantasialand. We chose this hotel for its location to the E-Werk where we had tickets to see a concert. This was only a 15min walk away so perfect location. Overall an excellent hotel which I would recommend to anyone visiting the area for a short break.

Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war fußläufig alles gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war klein, was für eine Nacht aber vollkommen ausreichend war. Die Einrichtung war modern, sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Leider war die Dusche mit Rotschimmel (Fugen) und Schwarzschimmel (Silikon) versehen, was an der mangelnden Belüftungsmöglichkeit (keine Fenster) liegen könnte. Das wäre aber tatsächlich der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Ganz schönes Hotel! Nette Staff und perfekte Bedingungen. Aber in der Nähe des Hotels fühlte ich mich als Frau nicht ganz sicher (aber nix ist passiert, es war alles gut. war mehr das Gefühl)

Hotel propre et calme, les chambres sont toujours impeccables et fonctionnelles. Hotel moderne proche d'un arrêt de metro ! Lors de mon prochain séjour à cologne je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Fas Hotel bietet alles, was man braucht. Top Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, sehr gutes Frühstück. Dass Personal war sehr freundlich. Einziges Minuspunkt: trotz vorherigen online CheckIn mit der Abgabe des Autonummer war kein Parkplatz mehr vorhanden/frei. Wir wurden gebeten, draußen ' irgendwo ' zu parken. Daher unser Tipp...gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Kaufhausparkhaus. Hier die Öffnungszeiten beachten. Trotz dem Parkplatzproblem empfehlen wir dass Hotel, da der Rest keinen Wünschen offen ließ.

Esperienza più che positiva, servizio ottimo, hotel dotato di parcheggio interno, colazione abbondante e varia con proposte anche vegane. Letto comodo, doccia spaziosa e facilmente accessibile. sicuramente tornerò in una struttura THE NIU se potrò.
