Most helpful staff, excellent facilities in the room, plenty of towels, large bathroom and in the morning a fantastic choice of what you might want for breakfast, from fruit salad to bacon and scrambled egg, with croissants and a very good coffee machine!

The room was very nice and very clean. Staff were very pleasant. Food in the restaurant could have been better - steak very tough. Lots of fruit flies around the food.

Very impressed with the service, the staff and the ambience of the hotel. Breakfast was great and included in the price. Room was comfortable, spacious and warm. Bar/breakfast area is lovely. The restaurant is closed at weekends which was disappointing so we bought pizzas from the take away machine next door and sat in the hotel's social area with a few beers! Our dog was made mist welcome too!!

It is convenient to get there by car as it is close to the entrance of the highway. The staff are very kind and polite at the reception. They also spoke perfect English. I can't speak French at all but I was able to relax and enjoy my stay.

hôtel très pratique pour une halte, avant Caen. parking fermé, réception 24/24 et petit déj. Accueil très sympathique. chambre simple et efficace. chauffage très bon dans la salle de bain. petit déjeuner complet et correct. globalement calme, mais un bruit de fond des chauffages.

Hôtel.com annonce un avantage pour les clients gold avec une bouteille offerte, mais lhotel nest pas au courant. Jarrive pendant le service de restauration pour prendre ma chambre et on me fait clairement comprendre que ca gêne. Lorsque je veux payer on me soutiens que cest deja payé lorsque j'indique que non, on est envore plus malaimable. On me donne ma clef sans me donner la direction de la chambre, je suis parti a la recherche de la chambre sans succes quand je reviens , la personne reconnaît quil fallait que je paie, je fais donc le reglement et on ne sait pas me sortir la facture. Heureusement que j'ai deja séjourné là-bas sinon je ny serais jamais retourné

Modern, clean, warm, efficient, business hotel

Great hotel in the outskirts of Caen. Staff is EXCELLENT, friendly, mindful and always available - even on Xmas day as I was. It's not close to anything, so you need a car. Business hotel with all mod cons and great service.
