"The hotel is 1 year old and all is perfect.the front desk and the breakfast room has real people who are friendly and sincere and are eager to help w any request!you are 4 min to the 2trams which take you to the city and u can get a metro to the old town.less than 2 blocks away is Confluence shopping center which is amazing w shops,restaurants and cinemas.A perfect stay"

"This is a beautiful property that’s quiet and exceptionally maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again although it is a little ways away from the hustle and bustle of the city so if you’re looking for more activity/nightlife you can walk to you may want to choose somewhere on the opposite side of the river. "The hotel was bright new , all items from doors to beds pillows and bathroom facilities were of excellent materials! The staff was very friendly! It was justbnot so close to the city center about 25 minutes walking"

"Very nice hotel, I stayed for 2 nights. No parking on site, the streets are extremely narrow so be mindful as you drive. There was some shenanigans going on outside on the street a bit of a fight. At night the area might not be safe but during the day is fine. There is no parking at the hotel, but a few streets down there is a large, very clean underground parking, so that was fine. I would say for sight seeing the hotel is well located, walking distance from a lot of attractions, including the Musée des Beaux Arts. I would go there again. "

"Good staff and service. The room was clean with a lovely view. The breakfast was very good. I had a larger car, so the parking was a little tight. You have to leave the garage to get to the elevator for the reception. The reception is on the 32nd floor and the hotel is attached to a large Westfield mall."
