"Clean room. Kind of a modern, no frills hotel with a fantastic location steps from Puerta Del Sol. The bar/restaurant on the rooftop is a cut above the patatas bravas-slinging tourist trap tapas places that surround Puerta Del Sol, but reservations are usually needed, as it seems to be quite popular. Also, this restaurant is a five minute walk from one of the rarest things you will find in Europe: A really good tacos al pastor shop."

"Quirky lobby. Brilliant staff. Handy location as we arrived by train. Short stroll to Retiro Park and half an hour to Plaza Mayor. Just be warned that there are roadworks at present (June ‘25) so the noise and dust make the balcony redundant, but that’s just now. "

"I absolutely loved this property. It was centrally located easy to get to everywhere in Madrid from this hotel. The hotel is beautiful. The stuff is amazing and the food. Oh my goodness that breakfast buffet was literally the best one I’ve had in a long time. The staff brought my luggage up to my room for me. The room was clean open gorgeous just as described. The robes were beautiful swimming pool was nice. Everything is just perfect. I will stay here again Definitely when I come back to Madrid."
