"This is the second time we stayed here, different name the first time. This time under the Crisol name the property itself is nice, the staff, well the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing or saying. Always got different information for the same questions and prices were always different. Hotel staff were not very friendly and at times very rude. The Restaurant at both locations was fantastic food and drink. We usually go to San Miguel about every year to two years and don’t really know if we will stay here again. One last thing, we had to put a deposit on the room and before we checked out they literally went and checked the room then came back and said we would get the deposit back in 5 days. I thought it was kinda petty but whatever. "

"Clean room, strong air conditioner and a great pool. If you have kids there is a playground and tennis court."

"Rooms were spacious and cleaned, beds are comfortable and the patios and pool were also in great condition. My kids loved it."

"Property is very nice, clean and staff especially Andres was extremely helpful and friendly! We stayed in room #7 it had a skylight so we got some daylight in the room during the day and wasn’t so dark. The showers ceiling was peeling off & was turning moldy, it had no ventilation only a small window for which couldn’t be opened much because of privacy (room was next to the reception area). Room was stuffy had no windows except for the one in the bathroom, we kept the fan on for most of the time. When booked we overlooked that the property did NOT have AC, luckily it didn’t get too hot however it did rain making it very humid. Good location 3 minute walk to El Mirador and Bus stop was across the street paid 10 pesos to El Centro a 5 minute drive. "

"The property was very clean, and the staff is great. Air conditioning was not very cold. If you are not physically capable, I would not recommend this hotel because it is a challenge to walk to the hotel and most importantly your room. But do not let this sway you from the AMAZING view you get of the city! This hotel was beautiful and peaceful. It’s so nice having very few visitors at a time. I loved our stay here, and will definitely come again."
