"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position in Singapore.. we had a room in the south tour and upgraded to a Fairmont gold room … which included use of the gold lounge with happy hour 5.30- 7.30 free food and drinks! And a lovely breakfast. On checkout day we were able to use the lounge until we left 👍 the view from the room (2331) was simply stunning."

"Well located to Bugis Junction for MRT and shopping. Hotel was pleasant but not outstanding. Foyer is small, some service doorways showing damage, breakfast ok but crowded. Eat early as some food tended to run out later in the service. Two cappuccinos S$34 in the lounge on ground floor is too high given competition nearby. Pool area is adequate but small with limited sun lounges. Our room required access through several doors and had a number of steps - always a challenge with luggage. Staff...

"Was so lucky to find this hotel at last minute. My original plan crashed at the last minute. Sat outside the hotel and quickly booked online. Went in after 10 mins and everything was already booked. The lady on reception was super polite and happy to help. The free upgrade was very much appreciated. Thank you. Room was super clean, with very comfortable bed. Very large TV which accepts external source. "
