Beautifully decorated family friendly home centrally located in Colorado Springs

Welcome to your home away from home! A haven in the heart of the city.

The kitchen includes basic amenities such as a sink, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig, electric kettle, and dishes and utensils. You can enjoy the comforts of two separate living rooms, a formal dining room, and a small breakfast nook on the first floor. Upstairs, you will find three separate bedrooms, and two full-sized baths, including the beautiful master with adjoining ensuite. We have included a pack-n-play and booster seat for families with kids. We hope to host you soon!

Please note that this is a unit above a basement apartment and there will may be occasional sound from renters down below. Please try to keep noise down during quiet hours of 9PM to 8PM, and we will ask them to do the same!

**NOT 420 friendly!! No smoking of any kind indoor or outdoor. This is our personal home, not a space for smoking or parties. If smoking is suspected we retain the right to keep the security deposit. Thank you for respecting our home.**

Great place and communication

Great stay and location. The issue I had was the next renters walked in on us at 2 am. I was scared to death hearing people shouting in the family room. The code was given out prior to us leaving.

Good stay for a family

Our family decided to book this property despite the weird reviews and/or lack thereof because we needed a room with two twin beds as opposed to a bunk bed, which is surprisingly hard to find. It worked out fine during our stay and there were no issues. Communication was excellent, responsive and prompt. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The property itself was older and could use a little updating (some broken cabinet pulls, mismatching finishes, wobbly fixtures) but comfortable enough. Several of the high windows in the main living area don’t have window coverings, which would help with privacy and insulation. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils, and enough basics to cook a meal. I appreciated that some doorknobs and cabinets had child locks; however, the upstairs bathroom was so close to the stairs that it was a little stressful having small children upstairs going to and from the rooms/bathroom. For this reason, I’m not sure if we would stay here again, but if your kids are older it would totally fine (my youngest was under 2). Also, the king size bed in the master bedroom was very soft. My husband and I ended up sticking the baby/pack n play in the master bedroom while we slept on the queen size bed in one of the other rooms, which was much more firm and comfortable and had room darkening curtains.
