Cozy 2-bedroom cottage near Colorado College
Cozy two bedroom one bath cottage centrally located near downtown! One private downstairs bedroom and one open loft concept bedroom, each with queen beds. Nice mud room with a new full size washer and dryer. The bathroom features a custom walk in rain shower with a built in bench. Enjoy the full size kitchen with a large beautiful wood island that opens to the spacious living area. There’s a large concrete wrap around private patio with a new privacy fence.
