This comfortable duplex, tucked into a residential neighborhood in northeast Colorado Springs, is perfect for your next family or group getaway. You’ll love the private, fenced backyard with a patio table for alfresco dining and a firepit perfect for evening cocktails or roasting marshmallows.

Inside, you’ll find an open, light-filled space with modern decor and pretty mountain touches like the living area TV stand. The chef will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space. Dine together at the round table for four, or step back outside and eat on the patio.

When it’s time to explore, you’re surrounded by spectacular snowshoeing, biking, skiing, and hiking opportunities depending on the season - don’t miss Garden of the Gods, around nine miles to your west. After a busy day out, fire up the gas grill to keep dinner simple. Relax on the sofa while you watch a little TV or upload the day’s pics to your social media accounts, courtesy of the complimentary WiFi. The duplex was a perfect size for us and our adult son. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. We didn't use the backyard but it looked like a nice private setup. Our truck was too tall for the garage but the driveway worked just as well. Loved having the washer and dryer after camping on our road trip into Colorado. There was some traffic noise at night when a loud car would occasionally go by on the major road a couple of blocks away, but the double pane windows helped out immensely. Stairs to the upstairs bedroom may be too steep for those with limited mobility, but us seniors did fine. All in all we are glad we chose this home for our stay.

Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing!!!! The home was gorgeous, the area was peaceful and accessible, beds were very comfortable! Overall best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at!
