Fish, kayak, SUP, hike, JEEP or bike amidst great views and a charming town. Enjoy the Farmer’s Market, summer concerts, and holiday events without parking hassles. Watch the sunset over the Rocky Mountains out your front window. Quickly reach attractions in Colorado Springs, at the Air Force Academy, in Denver, or in the Rocky Mountains.

Alley access to the fenced backyard. Pets permitted for a fee.

The town closes Washington Street to vehicles on the 4th of July for vendors and its Independence Day parade. Vehicles may reach the property through the alley in the afternoon.

Perfect location and lovely home!

The house was very comfortable and a great location for getting on I-25 to visit family along the Front Range. There were nice shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. Highly recommend Lolley’s ice cream just down the street. So good! A wonderful stay overall!

Fantastic home right off I25 in Historical Monument

We had an incredible stay at this home! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it so easy to explore the area without needing to drive.The house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both stylish and cozy. The amenities were excellent—comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and even little extras like kid friendly dishes that made our stay extra special.The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Check-in was a breeze, and they made us feel safe and cared for every step of the way.If you’re looking for a clean, charming, and well-located place to stay, this is it! We can’t wait to come back!
